ODFFPCL is a producer company formed to aggregate, process and market the produce of its member-farmers in Dharashiv (Osmanabad) district. The company operates as a collective commercial vehicle — owned and governed by its producer-members — bridging the gap between the farm gate and the end market.
A producer company under Chapter XXIA of the Companies Act, 2013, governed by a Board of Directors elected from among the producer-members. Every member holds equity and has a voice in governance.
Headquartered in Dharashiv (Osmanabad), Maharashtra. The operational catchment extends across the district's talukas, serving farmers in the Marathwada region's distinctive black-cotton-soil belt.
To improve the net realisation for every member-farmer by providing market linkage, aggregation, quality infrastructure, input supply and access to institutional credit and government schemes.
An entity of AP Group. The company channels institutional support — NABARD, SFAC, MIDH and other agencies — to its members through structured programmes.

Access to NABARD, SFAC and bank credit through the FPO structure — collateral, equity and scheme-linked instruments.
Crop management, soil health, post-harvest handling and technology adoption guidance through the AP Group's advisory network.

Any farmer in the operational area engaged in primary production or allied activities is eligible for membership. The process is straightforward.
Submit a membership application with identity and landholding documents at the company office.
Purchase the minimum share capital as prescribed in the Articles of Association.
Access all company services, vote at general meetings, and share in the surplus distributed to members.
